The Bellevue Collection has prioritized making the Snowflake Lane experience accessible to all. Listed below is helpful information you can use to plan your Snowflake Lane experience:

For almost 20 years, Snowflake Lane has brought joy, holiday spirit and a sense of community to guests from near and far,” said Jennifer Leavitt, vice president of marketing for The Bellevue Collection. “We are incredibly grateful to the production team, performers and the Kemper Freeman family for their commitment to bringing this gift to the community year after year. Rehearsals are already underway, and we look forward to celebrating with those who visit Snowflake Lane at The Bellevue Collection.”Since the announcement about Gut Level’s venue closure, attendees and members of the queer community who used the space gave their tributes to the beloved Snow Lane venue. My sister-in-law invited us to Snowflake Lane and we had a blast! This was our first time attending the event, despite living in the area for years. We ate dinner prior to the show and then walked over to the parade route. We arrived 5 minutes before the performance and stood on an upper sidewalk across from the Cheesecake Factory. Our two-year-old daughter absolutely loved watching the characters and dancing to the music. The artificial snow was a hit! We would definitely recommend this experience to others. Reaching out to catch snowflakes! Hotels Near Snowflake Lane in Bellevue We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the parade starting on a weekday and up to 45 minutes early on a weekend night. We arrived 5 minutes early on a Monday night and we still had great views of the parade, although we weren’t in the first row of people. We didn’t mind holding our daughter up for the 20 minute show. But if you want an unobstructed view of the parade, we recommend that you arrive 30 minutes early. Bring a hot beverage to keep you warm while you wait! As a librarian, I probably shouldn't admit that I often do judge a book by its cover. And I really shouldn't admit that this tendency usually pans out. This was the case with Snow Lane. The simple illustration of a New England saltbox house on a snowy winter night with one window lit and a bright red bird flying away drew me in immediately. Just as I often judge books by their covers I am also often tempted to judge people by their outward trappings, especially their houses. When I see someone with a particularly beautiful house or a remarkably well organized homes , I think that they must have it all together, that their lives must really be working. Needless to say, this is not always the case.

In the late 1990s there stood a small wooden building on the edge of snow hill lane, it was formerly a structure that functioned as dog kennels and had apparently been used as a dwelling since just after the Great War. It’s good that Sheffield is expanding as a city, but cultural organisations like ourselves are the ones who are muscled out of prime spots and left displaced.” But we're Catholic, so we're not allowed to do much of anything." (p. 8) (regarding the girls in the family not being allowed to shave their legs) To spread joy and cheer this holiday season, join Seattle Nativity School for its annual Living Nativity event 5-7 p.m. Students will perform a living nativity for everyone to enjoy. Bring your family and friends, dress warm and enjoy complimentary hot cocoa. Free. 4200 S. Mead St., Seattle; 206-494-4708; seattlenativity.orgCatholics have to keep on having babies until God tells them to stop or they can go to hell." (p. 13) This isn't true. Catholics are supposed to be open to life and not use any artificial means of birth control. There are natural means they are permitted to use to space children if necessary. Yes, Snowflake Lane includes characters and performers in the parade of holiday floats. Where can I watch Snowflake Lane? The beloved Bellevue holiday tradition draws up to 10,000 spectators each night to downtown Bellevue, earning Bellevue the title of The Most Festive Town in America by The Huffington Post.

Internally all aspects have been perfectly planned to make this property feel like a home rather than a show house, beautiful oak doors on all internal rooms, perfectly crafted bespoke staircases, quality ceramic flooring, individual fixtures and fittings, windows perfectly placed for natural light and phenomenal views, carefully planned outdoor patio areas to fully appreciate the grounds with resin footpaths and garden artistry. During one of the expansions, Freeman realized, “We're about to double the size of our frontage on Bellevue Way — what could be better to celebrate the opening of being on both sides of the street than to promote it from the street itself?” Bringing the Dream to LifeKemper is uniquely qualified to do that. Seventy-six years ago, his grandfather, Miller Freeman, bought 10 acres of land in Bellevue to build a shopping center. That was the beginning of what is now known as The Bellevue Collection.
