This set features our award-winning Edinburgh Gin Classic - a labour of love, from distillation to first sip, and the heart of the Edinburgh Gin range. There's also a helping of lemon and grapefruit in there too, but the focus here is most definitely the gin's savoury elements. The stars of the show are Nocerella Olives and Basil, both of which are recognizable, but neither overwhelms the gin.
