Yuu Toyota is a manga creator with numerous series spanning many different genres, from shojo to slice of life.

As someone going through the motions who hasn’t considered what his options really are, just what’s expected of him (and they handle that pretty clearly in the first few pages.But ughhhhh ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Adachi is making Kurosawa so damn happy, in the process making the rest of the world HAPPY! It so beautiful to see how he accepts his boyfriend’s powers and now uses it to communicate with him lol that confession and how passionately he kissed him was just amazing! All Men Are Perverts: Since Adachi can read his mind, he's privy to all of Kurosawa's thoughts, especially the more.

An author's note, a couple extra illustrations, one full-color illustration, a page of translator's notes, a brief comic-style afterword by the author, and a few chapters at the end that could either be considered bonus manga or just an extension of the main story (one of them stars Adachi's friend, but the rest are all still focused on Kurosawa and Adachi). Finally Kurosawa, sending that Adachi is still keeping him at arms' length, confronts Adachi, and the truth comes out.Except it turns out that Kurosawa actually has a huge crush on Adachi, and suddenly Adachi has no idea how to act around him. It's also really refreshing to read a cute queer book featuring very-much-adult men; little angst, a lot of things to relate to regarding the tedium of adulting, without taking away the sweetness of budding love. Adachi talks to Masato Tsuge, a romance novelist, for advice, but Tsuge doesn't believe Adachi has special powers and suggests he use the crush to his advantage, but Adachi refuses.

The translation for Square Enix Manga is, as usual, by Taylor Engel and reads well; there are some helpful translation notes at the end. I love the pace of their relationship and how they sort out of their problems by talking about them (even after the fact).Kiyoshi Adachi is a salaryman who has just quietly been getting on with his life – until he reaches his thirtieth birthday and finds that he can hear the thoughts of other people he touches!

Faye Hopper from Anime News Network stated that while the romance was "cute", there were some concerns over humor regarding Kurosawa's explicit fantasies about Adachi. Thirty-year-old Kiyoshi Adachi gains the ability to hear the thoughts of everything he touches, revealing that Yuichi Kurosawa, his well-liked co-worker, likes him. There’s something of a bigger age-gap here, because Tsuge is the one who turned thirty (a little after Adachi) and developed the same powers to hear the thoughts of others and Minato is about ten years his junior.Adachi goes to a work party, where girls are fawning over Kurosawa and the new hire, Rokkaku, comes over, and Adachi is annoyed. Fortunately, Kurosawa takes the revelation really well, and oddly takes absolutely no convincing at all - you'd think he would struggle a tiny bit more with the proof side before just accepting that his boyfriend is a magical mind-reading wizard. So, if you’re curious about this title, well, it’s really more about the journey than the destination. We’ve actually covered a decent amount of BL manga here on Mangasplaining, though there’s always room for more. Now here’s the thing, I literally cannot find any reference for them doing this work online anywhere–I think it’s a victim of being an old-internet problem and those pages just aren’t online anymore, if they ever were in the first place.
