The fold is not all that smooth anymore either. You don’t get that sort of side to side asymmetrical wear on most modern strollers anymore. A baby’s and will certainly get looser over time. My ds is 4, and when going out for the day I still take it out and he is a big boy and there is no signs of give in the buggy and he fits very nicely in it.
