I have to be honest and say that the story did become a bit repetitive and fell a bit flat around the middle, hence the 3 star rating I gave it. You can send them texts each day of another reason, or slip a secret sticky note around the house, so they have to find one each day. Nina decides she deserves a takeaway and ventures out to get herself a yummy falafel and collides with a group of people protesting. This novel is not perfect, but I do think that for many people, they will pick this up and realize it is the push they need in life to love themselves and recognize that they could use being easier on themselves more.
